Gamescom 2021 shows us games

Since September 2020, the late-night real-time variety series Saturday Evening Live (SNL) has included 156 cast participants. The ensemble was initially described as the Not Prepared for Prime Time Players.

Who wants to pursue the program of Gamescom 2021, which can be made on a pile of new games. As the responsible persons communicated, updates to hot-stretched titles should also be located under the new announcements. During the Opening Night Live are already shown over 30 new titles and even after the opening show, the video game fair will have a lot to offer.

That awaits you on the Gamescom 2021

In a press release, the events betrayed that games of over 70 developer teams and publishers are shown throughout the show program. In addition, the Indie Arena Booth 2021, where around 111 developers will present their games in front of the audience.

Who is involved? To the larger publishers who are likely to know many of you, include Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Bandai Namco, Bethesda, Activision and Xbox. But even smaller representatives like Modern Wolf and Nekki will present their games on Gamescom 2021. Some of the larger publishers like Xbox and Bethesda will hold their own live stream as part of Gamescom 2021.

Some well-known names are missing

But if you strip through the list of participating publishers and developer studios, you should notice that some well-known names are missing during Gamescom 2021. Nintendo has already given the fair in advance of a cancellation and will rather show the latest First Party Title in in-house streams as the last Pokémon Presentents presentation.

Sony has now moved his focus to the state of play issues. Although there is no official confirmation that Sony will stay away from the event, but since the company has not yet promised, participation is unlikely.

The publishers and developer teams who are also not represented at Gamescom 2021 include Square Enix, THQ Nordic, Blizzard Entertainment and Take-Two. So it remains to be seen how exciting the program will be despite the missing publishers and developers * inside.
