The nominees of the Game Developers Choice Awards include Call of Duty: Mobile and Grindstone

The award-winning season has really begun - a statement that gets up as many as it disturbs. The latest nominations are planned for the 20th annual Game Developers Choice Awards. The event is referred to as a leading peer-based video game event for celebration of the best games and developers in the industry.

The winners will be honored at the official ceremony, which will take place on 18 March as part of the GDC 2020 in the San Francisco Moscone Center. The event takes place in conjunction with the Independent Games Festival Awards, over which we reported yesterday.

The nominations are very different on a whole line, which is always nice, and even the best category for mobile games is serious - something that is rare at Gaming Awards.

So nice it is that all these great titles receive the recognition they deserve, mobile games in other categories are not particularly well represented. Maybe next year, what?
