Mojang announced in October that he had a new update called "The Wild", an update that was said to include a new biome, more mobs and other features they expected. In the notes of this update, Mojang calls it "a very terrifying snapshot". While the nearby calls and the surrounding enemies are as frightening as minecraft gets, this update adds some darker and savory creatures and blocks, such as Warden and Skull Shriekers. A new effect that is in the Deep Dark biome called "darkness" makes things even more disturbing if it affects you.
