Henry Cavill desires to discover the lighter side of his Superman on the cinema

Henry Cavils has once more mentioned his desire to return as Superman-- as well as he's open to exploring the lighter side of the Man of Steel.

Cavils described his version of the legendary DC superhero's journey thus far in a meeting with GQ, in addition to where he wants it to go next.

I was extremely eager on really fleshing out Superman's onset of his journey initially. We had Man of Steel, and after that we went a fair bit darker with Batman v Superman, Cavils stated.

Cavils then makes passing reference to Zack Snyder's plans for a Justice Organization sequel, one that would certainly have seen The Last Child of Krypton be corrupted by Daresay's Anti-Life Equation. For Cavils, there's area for one even more tale to tell prior to then.

If he were to catch the Anti-Life Equation and also end up being bad Superman, I really desired to ensure we saw the Superman, as well as we saw truth sign of hope, the beacon of light, before we decreased the path of darkness as well as then redemption. It's still something I'm extremely keen to expand, Cavils said.
